Casio ECR+ App Help Page
Casio's brand new cash register range enables you to make program alterations and take sales reports via Bluetooth (BLE Ver 4.1) using Casio's free smartphone ECR+ App. This page is designed to help you with the integration.
Please note that this page has been created for information purposes only and we do not accept any responsibility for the connectivity or functionality of the ECR+ App. Telephone support for will only be available for customers that have purchased from us the cash register to be linked.
What do you need?
In order to use the free Casio ECR+ App, this is all you need:
1) A Bluetooth-enabled Casio ECR model. The following list are the current models available in the UK. Click on each one for a link to their product page.
2) A smartphone with internet connection and suitable specification:
- Android™ OS 6.0 or higher, iPhone iOS 11.0 or higher
- Screen size 4.7 inch or bigger
- Screen resolution 720 × 1280 or higher
3) An email address to use for registration.

Creating an account with Casio
You will now need to create an account with Casio to use the app and their cloud server. Follow the steps in this video:
Pairing your smartphone with a cash register
Once the preparation and verification have been completed, place the smartphone near to the cash register and start CASIO ECR+. Now carry out the steps in the following video to pair your smartphone to your cash register:
