Samtouch Feature: Transaction History

Samtouch has a powerful electronic journal allowing you to search for previous transactions in the event of a query.  You can either view the sales receipt or a detailed breakdown of the transaction.  For example, in a restaurant you would be able to see exactly what and when items were entered on a table bill along with which operator registered the entries.  This is especially useful if there was a query regarding a voided item.  You can seach the transaction history by operator/clerk, date, time range, terminal or receipt number.  If required, you can also print either the receipt or the detailed transaction that you are viewing.
