At the beginning of April one of our lucky engineers installed a new Sam4s Titan S360 system with 4 terminals at the oldest pub on London's River Thames, The Mayflower in Rotherhithe. With amazing river views from either the restaurant or outside jetty, it's a lovely setting to enjoy some famous British cuisine made with fresh local ingredients. To assist in their operations, The Mayflower are utilising the clouded Samtouch Office software to update their menus and analyse reports remotely. They are also using additonal modules to issue and monitor their promotional vouchers and to record their employee's time and attendance.
We’ve just has a very nice email from Caroline, the Facilities Manager, at East Surrey Hospital. We installed 2 Sam4s Forza 115 terminals along with Samtouch Office into their very busy restaurant in October 2021. While ordering some more operator keys she had these kind words to say:
"I know its been a while, but I guess that is a good thing, as you know everything must be ok. We are still loving these new tills, they are amazing, and now that you sorted the card machines out for us, we couldn’t ask for more. So a massive thank you, we really appreciate all the time you took in resolving all the issues even though it wasn’t anything to do with the kit you provided."
We have just transferred to a new telephone system. Please bear with us while we are getting used to it though. It means you will only need one number to contact us on. From Friday 17th June, the old emergency out-of-hours number (0780 16 15 170) will no longer be in service. Please delete this from your contacts and let everyone know who may have cause to use it.
If you do require us in an emergency outside office hours, you can now phone our main number (01737 773571) which you will find on all of our documentation, stickers and EPOS screen messages. Select option 1 and you will be forwarded to a member of staff. If they are unavailable and you hear a voicemail, please leave your name, business name, contact number and a short message. They will call you back as soon as they are able. Please be patient as they are probably busy helping another customer.
Please be aware that the emergency service is only for customers with a valid rental or support contract or equipment still under guarantee. If you do not fall into these categories, you will be charged for using this service.

Hi everyone. Sorry we’ve not posted in a little while. This has been due not only to us being very busy but also attending an employee’s wedding abroad. It was a really fantastic occasion and we were all so thrilled to be there. Our congratulations go out to the happy couple.
Meanwhile, our engineer had a tough assignment recently, trying not to be distracted by the mouthwatering cakes on offer at The Second Home in Orpington. Newly opened, the restaurant has in addition a full breakfast menu, available all day, gourmet sandwiches, burgers, salads and other tempting treats.
Our office will be closed until Tuesday but if you require emergency assistance and have a contract or guarantee with us, please phone the out-of-hours line. The number is supplied on the front of your instructions and on contract invoices.
Alternatively, you can phone the office number and leave a message. This will be monitored at various points during the day.
