You may require a cash register or touch screen just for a show or an event. We offer short-term hire contracts for various periods from just a weekend to 6 months. Prices start from as little as £30 + vat including set-up and programming.
All of our rental contracts include maintenance, full telephone and remote support (where applicable) during office hours along with complimentary emergency out-of-hours telephone support for the duration of the hire.
Unless collecting from us, the equipment would be delivered by parcel courier using bespoke boxes and packaging. These would have to be kept safely for the equipment’s return. Any lost items, including boxes, and all damages would be chargeable.
Delivery & collection should be to and from a main fixed address (not an event site). It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the complete address and contact details. While every effort is made to ensure delivery is carried on time, Premier Retail Systems Rental Ltd will not be held responsible for any failure should the courier not deliver on the intended date. To avoid any such complications we normally dispatch equipment a few days earlier than required.
A deposit against loss and damages, refundable upon the safe return of all of the equipment, is required for touch screen EPOS equipment.
For large orders, particularly at busy times of year, we may request a 25% non-refundable deposit to book the cash registers for a requested period.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We accept debit/credit cards over the phone or a cleared payment by bank transfer.
