Card Terminal Support
If you are having an issue with your card terminal and you are with emerchantpay, their support line number is 0800 112 3344
If you are with Paymentsense, check the Paymentsense Service Status page. Their terminal support line number is 0800 103 2959
For Dojo card terminals, if you have problems processing a transaction, they suggest restarting the terminal by holding down the power button and then selecting 'reboot'. If you still have a problem, check the Dojo Service Status page and the Dojo Troubleshooting page. Their technical support number is 0800 044 3550
For SumUp card readers, go to the SumUp Support Centre.
