Our company registration numbers are 2511693 and 1989139 respectively. The term ‘our website’ refers to www.premiercash.co.uk and any sub-domains of this site unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the customer and/or the user or viewer of our website. Any terms or conditions which are deemed to be invalid will not affect the enforceability of any other terms and conditions deemed enforceable by the applicable courts of law.
We collect personal information from you. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use this information and who we share it with.

What information do we collect about you?
We collect personal information directly, over the telephone or via emails and via our website, when you place or attempt to place an order with us for goods or services, make an enquiry, request more information, request a quotation or request a demonstration. Bank details may be requested by email if a refund is due.

We use the device information that we collect (in particular, your IP address) to help us screen for potential risk and fraud, and more generally to improve and optimise our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with our website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). The necessary lawful basis for us processing your device information is ‘consent’. Shopify uses your personal information by means of an automated decision-making process to block certain transactions on our website that may appear to be fraudulent.

Do we share the information about you?
We share your personal information with third parties to help us use your personal information, as described above. We work with a variety of service providers, such as parcel couriers and suppliers to provide you with our products and services and we may share personal information with them to support these efforts. If you complete a direct debit authorisation form, you will be submitting your data directly to GoCardless who operate the direct debit facility on our behalf. If you complete a Dojo Card Contract Information form, you agree to allow your information to be passed to Dojo in order for them to contact you to discuss rates for the supply of card machines and the processing of card payments. We use Google Forms throughout our website to collect contact information and this is information is held on Google Drive. Your personal information, which may include a contact name, address, email address and telephone numbers may be transferred, processed and stored outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) and may be subject to disclosure as required by applicable law.
