Debitrak Rewards is an app based solution that thanks customers for their repeat business with instant product or point based rewards based around their purchases at your EPOS terminals.
Lock down selected days of the week as well as time periods through the day for rewards and discounts to encourage off-peak trading to match your business. Managing your scheme using your own personal cloud based management portal, it’s easy to watch your membership grow and easier still to create and manage as many rewards as you want to. You decide what to order and when and change it as often as required.
There’s also lots of interesting information available about who is visiting regularly. Send your customers in app alerts, SMS texts or emails about special offers and promotions to encourage visitor frequency, especially at quiet times. Highlight messages to infrequent customers to bring them back and reward regular customers with tempting offers.
Debitrak rewards operates with either a QR Code on your smartphone or custom printed contactless smart cards or key fobs, whatever best suits your business.

Last year we had the pleasure of installing a Samtouch EPOS System in Buckland Deli & Gifts. The village shop supplies freshly baked bread, cheese, charcuterie, jams, chutneys, sauces, fruit, vegetables, pastries, wine, hot drinks, gifts and cards.
They also make fresh sandwiches which can be ordered in store using their Sam4s Titan S360 EPOS terminal or by now using the mobile app OrderMe. Customers can download the OrderMe app to their mobile for free and order a selection of sandwiches and drinks for collection, saving them the time of having to wait for their order to be prepared, especially during the busy times of the day. All orders from the EPOS terminal and OrderMe are sent directly to a screen in the preparation area using Samtouch Kitchen. The system is further complimented by our clouded back-office solution Samtouch Office for reports and programming.
When asked about our services, Amy, the owner, commented that she had received a 'Very professional and straight forward installation'.

The George & Dragon recently upgraded from their Casio V-R system to our latest Samtouch EPOS system. They required 4 Sam4s Titan S360 terminals to cope with the busy footfall while using Bar and Kitchen Printing to enable a smooth and efficient operation. The addition of Samtouch Office now allows the managers to keep an eye on all the relavent day to day sales information while remote access means they can change prices and incorporate special offers at a time which is suitable for them. These changes can then be scheduled to update on the EPOS terminals when required.
We have been continuing with our upgrades of some of the Remarkable Pubs sites where we have previously been supporting them with their Casio systems. These three impressive London establishments, The Reliance in EC1V, The Rosemary Branch in N1 and The Lord Tredegar in E3, all had the new Samtouch EPOS system installed with 2-3 terminals, kitchen printing and Samtouch Office.
One of long-standing customers, Central Ward Residents & Sports Club in Morden,Surrey has upgraded their Casio TE-8000 system to our latest Samtouch EPOS system. Complete with the clouded back-office solution Samtouch Office, it enables key personel to access sales and financial reports remotely as well as scheduling price changes and special offers.
The Integrated Card Machines help to eliminate operator entry mistakes when taking card payments allowing for speedier service especially on busy nights.
