Samtouch Feature: Product Pausing

It can sometimes be necessary to pause the sale of a particular product.  For example, in a bar a barrel may require changing for one of the draught beers making it temporarily unavailable.  In a restaurant, there may be certain dishes that have to be temporarily removed from the menu due to a shortage of stock of an ingredient or even the dish itself.

In a system with multiple terminals, if the sale of a product is paused, this is communicated throughout the system to all terminals. You can enter a reason for the product being paused which will display for the operator, saving managers valuable time as it negates the need to communicate this to all of the staff.
