Samtouch Kitchen Display Licence
The Samtouch Kitchen App replaces the traditional kitchen printer ordering process by automatically retreiving tickets submitted by your eZeePos or Samtouch EPOS system and displaying them on a screen. It then manages the orders in the system with the server to avoid missing or mistaken orders.
Samtouch Kitchen will work on any tablet/touch screen running version 7.1 of the Android™ operating system. Therefore you can purchase your own tablet/touch screen and then just the Samtouch Kitchen app licence from us. Alternatively, we supply the specially designed iMin K1 21.5" Kitchen Display which includes Samtouch Kitchen installed and configured.

- Pin orders while being prepared. Unpin when ready to collect
- Summary of all items to be prepared, consolidated on screen
- Timed alerts can be set for missed items

Compatibility

Support
The Samtouch kitchen display app comes with 30 days telephone and remote in-house support. If you have support with us for your EPOS system, the kitchen display will be covered under this. If an emergency arises and you have support, you can also contact us out of office hours.
Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to back-up their software regularly.
Installation
The app is installed by us remotely or you can deliver your kitchen display to our office in Redhill, Surrey for us to setup with the system you have purchased from us. If you would like one of our engineers to install it for you on site, please contact us us for a quotation.
