SOFTWARE OPTIONS:

1. No EPOS Software

The terminal and any optional extras will be as they were when they left the manufacturers.  The terminal will not have any EPOS software installed.  It will be your responsibility to source and install a compatible EPOS software along with any hardware settings it requires.  Please be aware that to enable printers and cash drawers to function, you will be required to configure the settings in your chosen EPOS software.  We will not be able to offer any software support for this option.

2. eZeePos EPOS Software

We will fully set-up, configure and program the terminal with eZeePos EPOS software so that it is ready to use when you receive it.  The software is then supported by us. 

You can submit your requirements through our website (see programming information page) or you can send them to us by email at sales@premiercash.co.uk and then discuss them over the phone if necessary.

The price of the software is £19.95 + vat per month for the 1st terminal and £15 + vat per month for each additional terminal.  This price includes:

• eZeePos EPOS software (including upgrades)
• Clouded back-office software
• Telephone & remote support for the first 12 months (£5 + vat per month thereafter if required)

The first month is payable with your equipment order.  Subsequent monthly payments are taken by direct debit.

There is no contract so you can cancel at any time.  Please be aware that the EPOS software on the terminal will no longer function when payments have ceased and you will not be able to access historical data from the back-office software.

Please note: You will require a stable broadband connection for this EPOS software to operate.

3. Loyverse Software

We will set-up, configure and program the terminal with Loyverse EPOS software so that it is ready to use when you receive it.  

Loyverse is currently a free online EPOS & back-office software which is wholly supported by Loyverse (not Premier Cash Registers Ltd).  Additional features, for example clerks and bar interrupt, may require a monthly subscription.  Premier Cash Registers Ltd are not responsible for any changes to the Loyverse software, either in its functionality or service, or its charges.
