EPOS Software
We fully set-up, configure and program the terminal for your business so that it is ready to use when you receive it. You can submit your requirements (see our Programming Information page) by email and, if necessary, discuss them with us over the phone. There may be an additional cost if you require one of the optional features.
The price of the software is £19.95 + vat per month for the 1st terminal and £15 + vat per month for each additional terminal. This price includes:
- eZeePos EPOS software (including upgrades)
- Clouded back-office software
- Telephone & remote support for the first 12 months (£5 + vat per month thereafter if required)
The first month is payable with your equipment order. Subsequent monthly payments are taken by direct debit.
There is no contract so you can cancel at any time. Please be aware that the EPOS software on the terminal will no longer function when payments have ceased and you will not be able to access historical data from the back-office software.
Please note: You will require a stable broadband connection for this EPOS software to operate.

Support
Our iMin terminals with eZeePos come with 12 months telephone and remote in-house support. If an emergency arises and you have support, you can also contact us out of office hours.
Before the end of the support period we will offer you an optional support contract. This is normally £5+VAT per month (minimum term 12 months).
Delivery
This product is delivered by parcel courier. If you would like one of our engineers to install it for you, please contact us us for a quotation.
Delivery is normally within 10 working days from receipt of your order and all of your programming information. This should be sent by email to sales@premiercash.co.uk. Please see our Programming Information page for an explanation of what we would require.
