Samtouch Caller ID
Designed especailly for takeaway and fast food businesses, a Caller ID unit can be integrated to the Sam4s Titan S560 and Forza range of EPOS Terminals running Samtouch. This connects to your phone system and, if held in the database, the caller will be displayed before you pick up the call.
As you process the order, the customer details are brought up on the screen enabling you to confirm the delivery address and contact details that have previously been entered into the system database. This not only sounds more professional but saves time and cuts down on mistakes, making sure deliveries are sent to the correct addresses.
You can also track customers' previous orders and promote new products or increase orders by identifying previous product sales.

The Caller ID unit requires an analogue telephone port (either from the wall socket or your router) and a subscription to Samtouch Office with the additional customer accounts module.
