OrderPad for Samtouch is a restaurant app that allows waitering staff to take orders at the table on a mobile device.  The orders are then processed on the Sam4s Titan, Sapphire or Forza EPOS system and instructions are sent directly to the kitchen and drink preparation stations. 

An operator can use the app to open or create a new table for a customer, add or remove items from a table, repeat items already on a table and display allergen information for items.

The status of a table can be updated via the app.  The bill can also be displayed on the app and a request can be issued to the Sam4s EPOS terminal to print a copy of the bill. 

You can also use a PAX A920Pro Card Terminal with emerchantpay and OrderPad and print a bill from the terminal itself.  When you take a payment using this terminal, you can also print a VAT receipt for the customer rather than having to return to the EPOS terminal.

The app can be downloaded to the latest Android and Apple iOS tablets or smartphones.  It will work in demo mode to enable you to view its layout until a licence is purchased.

1 one-off licence fee will enable you to use 1 mobile device linked to your Samtouch EPOS system.  There is a one-off set-up charge with the first licence.
