Launched by Sam4s in 2023, the Sapphire builds on the popularity of the Titan range with a newly designed versatile folding stand to enable you to adjust the terminal to fit its surroundings rather than the other way round. It is available in black or white (with black screen trim).
The Sam4s Sapphire has a 15” multi-touch bezel-less display which can withstand water contact, dust & grease (IP55 Rated).
The Sapphire’s projected capacitive touch screen (PCT) will activate with either a bare finger or a capacitive stylus removing the need for operators to use pens, credit cards or sharp objects which would potentially reduce the life expectancy of resistive touch panels. The screen also has a more vivid and crisp colour enhancing the quality of the POS user interface.
Incorporating the latest Intel Celeron Elkhart Lake fanless processor combines speed and efficiency. Added to this, it has an on board 128GB SSD, ensuring that the solid state drive remains dust free which is ideal for harsh retail and hospitality environments. The result of incorporating these key features are that the Sam4s Sapphire is one of the fastest & quietest PC POS terminals in its class.
With its stylish design and innovative base, the Sam4s Sapphire is also one of the most aesthetically pleasing point of sale terminals. For a greater flexibility of installation, you can either use the traditional yet versatile folding stand or there are VESA options for wall and pole mounting. An external power adaptor is also supplied, not only to aid installation but also making it easier to replace should the need arise.

Samtouch EPOS Software
We supply the Sam4s Sapphire terminal complete with Samtouch EPOS software. We fully set-up, configure and program the terminal for your business so that it is ready to use when you receive it. You can submit your requirements (see programming information page) by email and, if necessary, discuss them with us over the phone. There may be an additional cost if you require one of the optional features.
Our terminals are guaranteed for 12 months and this includes telephone support. If an emergency arises, you can also contact us out of office hours. Before the end of the 12 month period we will offer you an optional support contract.
Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to back-up their software regularly.
