In a follow up to our previous news item, Casio have published this message on the log-in screen for the Casio Cloud Suite:
The Casio Cloud Solution will be transferred to Propos Software from midnight on 31 March 2022. From the 1st of April 2022 at 00:00 Propos we will start the transferring of the data and services to the new servers at Propos.
Whilst the transfer is in progress the websites will be unavailable for use, but the Point-of-sale terminals are unaffected.
The Propos team will complete the transfer as quickly as possible but there is a considerable amount of data to be moved and so this may take up to 24 hours.
A message will be sent to all users notifying them that the site is available again. After the transfer has been completed the Cloud solution will continue to function as usual.
