We have just transferred to a new telephone system. Please bear with us while we are getting used to it though. It means you will only need one number to contact us on. From Friday 17th June, the old emergency out-of-hours number (0780 16 15 170) will no longer be in service. Please delete this from your contacts and let everyone know who may have cause to use it.
If you do require us in an emergency outside office hours, you can now phone our main number (01737 773571) which you will find on all of our documentation, stickers and EPOS screen messages. Select option 1 and you will be forwarded to a member of staff. If they are unavailable and you hear a voicemail, please leave your name, business name, contact number and a short message. They will call you back as soon as they are able. Please be patient as they are probably busy helping another customer.
Please be aware that the emergency service is only for customers with a valid rental or support contract or equipment still under guarantee. If you do not fall into these categories, you will be charged for using this service.
