We’ve just had a very nice email from Caroline, the Facilities Manager, at East Surrey Hospital. We installed 2 Sam4s Forza 116 terminals along with Samtouch Office into their very busy restaurant in October 2021. While ordering some more operator keys she had these kind words to say:
"I know its been a while, but I guess that is a good thing, as you know everything must be ok. We are still loving these new tills, they are amazing, and now that you sorted the card machines out for us, we couldn’t ask for more. So a massive thank you, we really appreciate all the time you took in resolving all the issues even though it wasn’t anything to do with the kit you provided."
