As from 18th March 2020, we are suspending site visits by our engineers and sales staff. This difficult but necessary decision is based on supporting the government’s fight against the spread of the Coronavirus along with safeguarding our employees and members of their family.
We will continue to offer telephone and remote support. The majority of our employees will be working from home but will still have access to most of the company’s systems and resources. You will still be able to reach us on 01737 773571 during office hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you have a support contract or equipment from us still under guarantee, you can access our complimentary emergency out-of-hours service on the number provided on the cover of your operating instructions or on your support invoice. Where possible, we may dispatch replacement equipment if required, by parcel courier. Please be patient as due to the unusual circumstances, this may be subject to a delay.
