COVID-19 Coronavirus Update

The safety of our customers and employees is of paramount importance to us.  We have  ensured that our employees are proactive in helping us manage the risk prevented by the COVID-19 coronavirus.

For the time being, we will continue to carry out office based tasks mainly at employee’s homes.  Training on software products will be carried out remotely.  We will also attempt carry out sales demonstrations remotely where possible.

If an engineer’s visit is required for a repair or installation, we will attempt to arrange this either out of working hours or at a time when there are likely to be the fewest people in the vicinity.

Our engineers will be using disposable facemasks and vinyl gloves to protect both themselves and our customers.  Where necessary they will also be using a face shield which will be sanitised after each use.  They will also be observing the 2 metre rule with regards to social distancing.

At our office and workshop, we are following handwashing procedures while observing social distancing amongst employees and when meeting visitors.

All orders not requiring installation, along with those dispatched from our website, will be delivered by either DPD Local couriers or Royal Mail.  The policies for these companies regarding COVID-19 can be found here: DPD / Royal Mail.
