Merry Christmas & contacting us through during the festive season

We would like to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas! 

Our office will be closed for the Christmas period from 1pm today (Christmas Eve) until 9am on 2nd January 2020.  If you need to contact us during this time, please read on.

Customers who have support contracts with us or equipment under guarantee can contact us in an emergency on the out-of-hours phone line, the number is on the front of your system instructions and the invoice for your support contract. If the line is busy, please leave your name and, most importantly, your phone number and we will call you back when the line is free.  Please note there will be a charge for any calls received from customers without a support contract.

If you do not have a support contract, you can leave a message on our office answerphone on 01737 773571 or send an email to sales@premiercash.co.uk  Both of these will both be checked daily.  Please ensure you leave your name and contact phone number in order for us to contact you.

Please also be aware that any online orders will not be dispatched until 2nd January 2020.
