What have we been up to?

Hi everyone. With the lifting of restrictions here in England and the feeling that life is returning somewhat back to normal for most of us, we decided it was high time we livened up our news page. We'll be trying to keep you updated with some of the most recent installations and hopefully introduce you to a few of our new and existing customers. Many of them have provided us with some kind comments which we will publish at the same time.

First up, in January, we pre-programmed and remotely installed a system for Grahams Bakery who have 2 sites in Doncaster. The site in Howden is actually called Grahams Bakery while the site in Epworth is known as Albion Bakery. They are using one of our Sam4s Titan S360 terminals at each site along with the clouded back office software, Samtouch Office.

Kate, from Grahams Bakery, had these kind words:

"I honestly could not be happier with the service I have received from you. Dave in particular has been very helpful and VERY patient with me throughout the whole process. When I received my tills I was quite nervous about having to get used to using a new till but it was set up in a way that was very easy to get used to.
We are also very happy with the layout of the back office and the reports we can use. I would not hesitate to recommend you."
